To open an account on 35db, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. You may not allow any third party to use your account, and 35db will bear no liability should such an incident occur.

All financial transactions on the 35db platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Designated methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals, and minimum and maximum limits apply to each transaction. Funds deposited into an account must come from a payment method registered in the name of that account's owner. Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited, and any such transaction detected may result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process, and payment may be delayed until verification is complete. 35db reserves the right to investigate any suspicious financial activity.

Any form of fraud, manipulation, bot usage, or misconduct against other users on the platform is strictly prohibited. Attempting to claim bonus or promotional benefits through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts. Unauthorized attempts to access the platform's software or systems are punishable by law, and such activities will be reported to law enforcement authorities. 35db reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason, particularly in cases of terms violations. The process for returning any valid balance following account termination will be handled in accordance with established policy.

35db is not directly liable for any financial losses resulting from use of the platform, as risk is inherent in gaming and betting activities. 35db bears limited responsibility for issues caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures. If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first and describe the issue in detail. The support team will review the matter within a set timeframe and work to provide a resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved through internal processes, the dispute will be settled in accordance with applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any legal matters.
